Regulation+−
GENERAL
The events must be considered in all respects as tests of tourist circulation on the circuit, with the strict exclusion of any type of competition or competitive test between participants.
MOTORCYCLE REQUIREMENTS
The permitted motorcycles (unless otherwise specified) must have an engine capacity GREATER THAN 500 cc.
VEHICLE RESTRICTIONS
Sono escluse dall'uso della pista tutte le motociclette che non abbiano caratteristiche strettamente stradali e comunque tutte le moto ENDURO, SUPERMOTARD, SCOOTER, MAXIENDURO (e.g. Ducati Multistrada, Bmw Gs, Bmw Xr, Trumph Tiger, Etc.), CROSSOVER (e.g. Yamaha Tracer, Benelli Trk, Kawasaki Versys, etc.), CLASSIC (e.g. Ducati Scrambler, Bmw NineT, Triumph Bonneville, etc) di qualsiasi tipo e cilindrata.
PROHIBITIONS
Non sono ammesse moto depotenziate, SIDECARS e MOTO D'EPOCA, intendendo per queste ultime motoveicoli immatricolati o comunque prodotti 11 anni (11° compreso) prima dell'anno in corso.
SPECIAL CATEGORIES
The SuperSport 300, PreMoto3, and Moto3 classes are only permitted on days when reserved sessions are scheduled for these categories.
DRIVER REQUIREMENTS
All persons accessing the track must be 18 years of age or older and in possession of a valid driving licence for the vehicle they intend to drive.
ACCESS COSTS
Se non diversamente indicato nel dettaglio giornata l'accesso al circuito è subordinato al pagamento del biglietto di ingresso di 5,00 euro a persona.
SAFETY
L'accesso in pista è consentito solo con abbigliamento tecnico adeguato: Tuta in pelle (integrale o divisibile purché unita tramite cerniera), casco integrale (no modulari, apribili), paraschiena, stivali tecnici da pista, guanti tecnici in pelle da pista.
TECHNICAL CHECKS
I motocicli partecipanti alle prove devono essere in perfetto stato meccanico e gli pneumatici non devono essere oltre il grado di usura massimo consentito dal costruttore. In mancanza di questi requisiti e a discrezione del personale addetto al controllo, può essere negato l'ingresso in pista per ragioni di sicurezza.

ATTENTION
New municipal regulations on noise emissions from motorsports will come into effect on September 1, 2018. The noise limit at the Mugello circuit is 105 dB. At Misano, the use of dB killers for non-original exhausts is mandatory.
REGISTRATIONS
When booking, please inform the operator of your motorcycle type (engine size) and lap time on the Mugello circuit. Any group transfers are at the sole discretion of Promo Racing staff. Anyone who fails to comply with these instructions will be excluded from the event.
BRIEFING
The briefing is mandatory for all participants and will be held in the press room at the time indicated by the organizer (usually 8:30 and 8:50).
CIRCUIT ACCESS
A few days before the event, registered participants will receive an email containing all the event information (forms, briefing, schedule). Unless otherwise specified, access to the circuit will be available from 7:00 PM the day before the event. The organization's secretariat will be open for registration until 9:00 PM the day before the event and from 7:30 AM onward on the day of the event.
