INSURANCE
No.
Insurance must be purchased at the time of booking.
For personal injury or injury to third parties, there is the FMI Sport card which can be requested from us.
No insurance is provided for material damage to your own motorcycle or to third party motorcycles.
Rain insurance allows you to recover the amount paid (net of insurance and deductible 10%) only in the event of a wet track. It is not valid in other cases.
Insurance can only be activated if both of the following conditions are met:
1: The driver is present on the track on the morning of the event.
2: The track is declared accessible only with rain and/or treaded tyres (therefore slick tyres are prohibited) by the entry time of the driver's first lap.
Credit:
The credit is recognized in the form of a voucher, reduced by 10%, to be used in two installments within 2 years.
Example – Single holiday day (€329):
€329 – 10% = €296 total credit
Can be used as:
• €148 for one date
• €148 for another date
Insurance activation:
• Insurance must be requested at the time of booking.
• A single payment is required which includes the registration fee and insurance.
• In case of activation, a voucher will be issued for the amount of the registration fee (net of insurance and deductible), to be used on at least two days.
• The insurance expires once the liability waiver has been signed, declaring acceptance of the route conditions and waiving any vouchers. Days will be recovered.
Recovery of days:
• Recovery must be agreed with the booking manager.
• It is possible to choose two successive free practice dates, subject to availability.
• The insurance allows only one recovery of the insured package.
• To be covered on the new date, you must purchase insurance again.
THEevent insurance allows you to recover the registration fee in case of non-participation, using the methods indicated below.
Cancellation up to 15 days before the event
It is recognized a credit equal to 100% of the participation fee, excluding insurance.
- Example – 2-day package + event insurance + box (€829):
€829 – €160 (insurance) = €669 credit
Cancellation from 15 days until the day of the event
It is recognized a credit equal to 90% of the participation fee, excluding insurance.
- EXAMPLE: Single day holiday paid €329.00: Credit: €296
- EXAMPLE: Double day package with event insurance and paid garage space €829.00:
If I take advantage of the insurance, I will have a credit of €602
Calculated: €829.00 – €160.00 (2-day insurance) = €669.00 / 90% of €669.00 = €602 credit
Garage space
As for the garage space, this is included in the credit calculation only if the cancellation occurs at least 48 hours in advance of the event.
Insurance activation

- In case of non-participation, a voucher valid for 365 days from the date of issue will be issued.

- It is possible to choose a later free practice date, subject to availability.
- The insurance allows only one recovery of the insured package.

The noise limit at the Mugello circuit is 105 dB.
In Misano, the use of a dB killer is mandatory for non-original exhausts.
Yes, but only if it is not possible to remove them.
In this case, it is good practice to protect the mirrors, indicators and headlight with adhesive tape.
Yes, only if the suit is made of leather and has a zipper to join the bottom to the top.
At Mugello, yes, only if it is well secured to the bike.
At Misano, video cameras are not allowed on the track.

To ride on the track you need to have:
– Driving license or sports license.
– One-piece or divisible leather suit with a zip connecting the upper part to the lower part.
– Back protector
– Leather gloves with protectors
– Track boots
– Approved full-face helmet with double D closure
– Motorcycle in perfect mechanical condition
– Tires with at least 80% – 90% tread depth

Showing your driving license is mandatory to ride on the track.
If I forget my license, I can't drive.
If I've lost or had my driving license stolen, I need a copy of the loss report issued by the relevant authorities.

Accompanying persons have access to the paddock, the facilities inside the building (bar, restaurant, and toilets), the terrace above the building, the lawn area, and the stands (if available).

At the Mugello Circuit, minors may only compete if they have an FMI racing license and are accompanied by a parent or legal guardian with a notarized authorization, which must be presented in original on the day of the event.
It is necessary to submit the paper form, completed and signed by both parents.
You must attach copies of both parents' identity documents, as well as a copy of the minor's identity document and sports license.
Small-displacement motorcycles are only allowed on days with dedicated sessions (Moto3 – Premoto3 – SS300, etc.)

Registrations are not transferable to third parties.
Any transfer requests will be considered only upon written notification within 7 days of the event and will be subject to approval by the organization, based on operational needs and availability.
