RESERVATION
Mandatory by calling 055 480553 – 055 4626405 until all available places are filled, or through the online shop.
PAYMENT
The reservation is confirmed by paying the full amount for the booked sessions within three days of booking.

Once the payment has been made, send a copy of the receipt by fax to 055 480710 or by email to the address info@promoracing.it
INVOICES
When notifying payment via fax or email, CLEARLY INDICATE using the appropriate form that you require an invoice, including the company details for the invoice, including VAT number and tax code. In the absence of any communication regarding the invoice request, a TAX RECEIPT will be issued on the same day as payment, in accordance with current legislation. This receipt cannot be reversed or replaced with an invoice for the same payment.
REFUNDS AND WAIVER
Any cancellations must be communicated promptly. The refund will be issued in the form of a credit. The customer may use the credit (which is not transferable) on another date. Under no circumstances will cash refunds be provided. The following table lists the deduction from the registration fee in the event of cancellation:
Cancellation more than 30 days before the event, no charge.
Cancellation within 30 days before the event or non-appearance will result in the payment of the participation fee.
IMPORTANT
The test program will continue as scheduled even in the event of rain. A partial refund will be granted only if the racetrack management declares the track unusable, resulting in the interruption of the activity.
CATEGORIES
Vehicles registered and compliant with the Highway Code are considered to belong to the ROAD category.
CAR REQUIREMENTS
Unless otherwise indicated, sessions for RACE CARS can ONLY be carried out with TOURING and GT cars (no prototypes, formula, etc.).
GENERAL
Sessions must be considered in all respects as tourist driving within the circuit, without speed tests or competitive nature.
VEHICLE RESTRICTIONS
Cars with less than 100 hp of registered power, SUVs, off-road vehicles, vans or minivans are not permitted on the track.
SAFETY
The use of an approved PROTECTIVE HELMET and SEAT BELTS is mandatory for all vehicle occupants.
TECHNICAL CHECKS
It is mandatory to install an EMERGENCY HOOK on your vehicle, otherwise you will not be allowed to enter the track.
DRIVER REQUIREMENTS
The driver must be of legal age and in possession of a valid driving licence.
ACCESS COSTS
Entrance to the racetrack is subject to the payment of an entrance ticket at the price of Euro 5.00.
