RESERVATION
Mandatory by calling 055 480553 – 055 4626405 until all available places are filled, or through the online shop.
PAYMENT
The reservation is confirmed by paying the full amount for the booked sessions within three days of booking.

Once the payment has been made, send a copy of the receipt by fax to 055 480710 or by email to the address info@promoracing.it
INVOICES
When notifying payment via fax or email, CLEARLY INDICATE using the appropriate form that you require an invoice, including the company details for the invoice, including VAT number and tax code. In the absence of any communication regarding the invoice request, a TAX RECEIPT will be issued on the same day as payment, in accordance with current legislation. This receipt cannot be reversed or replaced with an invoice for the same payment.
REFUNDS AND WAIVER
Any cancellations must be communicated promptly. The refund will be issued in the form of a credit. The customer may use the credit (which is not transferable) on another date. Under no circumstances will cash refunds be provided. The following table lists the deduction from the registration fee in the event of cancellation:
Cancellation more than 30 days before the event, no charge.
Cancellation within 30 days before the event or non-appearance will result in the payment of the participation fee.
IMPORTANT
The test program will continue as scheduled even in the event of rain. A partial refund will be granted only if the racetrack management declares the track unusable, resulting in the interruption of the activity.
GENERAL
The events must be considered in all respects as tests of tourist circulation on the circuit, with the strict exclusion of any type of competition or competitive test between participants.
MOTORCYCLE REQUIREMENTS
The permitted motorcycles (unless otherwise specified) must have an engine capacity GREATER THAN 500 cc.
VEHICLE RESTRICTIONS
All motorcycles that do not have strictly road characteristics and in any case all ENDURO, SUPERMOTARD, SCOOTER, MAXIENDURO (e.g. Ducati Multistrada, Bmw GS, Bmw XR, Trumph Tiger, Etc.), CROSSOVER (e.g. Yamaha Tracer, Benelli Trk, Kawasaki Versys, etc.), CLASSIC (e.g. Ducati Scrambler, Bmw NineT, Triumph Bonneville, etc.) motorcycles of any type and displacement are excluded from using the track.
PROHIBITIONS
No underpowered motorcycles, sidecars or vintage motorcycles are permitted. These motorcycles are defined as vehicles registered or produced 11 years (11th year included) prior to the current year.
SPECIAL CATEGORIES
The SuperSport 300, PreMoto3, and Moto3 classes are only permitted on days when reserved sessions are scheduled for these categories.
DRIVER REQUIREMENTS
All persons accessing the track must be 18 years of age or older and in possession of a valid driving licence for the vehicle they intend to drive.
ACCESS COSTS
Unless otherwise indicated in the daily details, access to the circuit is subject to the payment of an entrance fee of €5.00 per person.
SAFETY
Access to the track is permitted only with appropriate technical clothing: leather suit (full or divisible as long as it is joined by a zipper), full-face helmet (no modular or flip-up helmets), back protector, technical track boots, technical leather track gloves.
TECHNICAL CHECKS
Motorcycles participating in the trials must be in perfect mechanical condition, and their tires must not exceed the maximum wear limit permitted by the manufacturer. Failure to meet these requirements, at the discretion of the inspection staff, may result in the rider being denied access to the track for safety reasons.
REQUIRED DATA
It is mandatory to provide the lap time and motorcycle displacement when booking.
