ATTENTION
New municipal regulations on noise emissions from motorsports will come into effect on September 1, 2018. The noise limit at the Mugello circuit is 105 dB. At Misano, the use of dB killers for non-original exhausts is mandatory.
REGISTRATIONS
When booking, please inform the operator of your motorcycle type (engine size) and lap time on the Mugello circuit. Any group transfers are at the sole discretion of Promo Racing staff. Anyone who fails to comply with these instructions will be excluded from the event.
BRIEFING
The briefing is mandatory for all participants and will be held in the press room at the time indicated by the organizer (usually 8:30 and 8:50).
CIRCUIT ACCESS
A few days before the event, registered participants will receive an email containing all the event information (forms, briefing, schedule). Unless otherwise specified, access to the circuit will be available from 7:00 PM the day before the event. The organization's secretariat will be open for registration until 9:00 PM the day before the event and from 7:30 AM onward on the day of the event.
The "THE ROOFTOP LOUNGE" pass allows access to a lounge located on the first floor of the pit building, as well as all areas of the lawn for the days the pass is valid. This area is shared with other guests. A visit to the Paddock and Pit Lane Walk is possible.
Holders of this pass access the Circuit through the main entrance ("Casco"). "THE ROOFTOP LOUNGE" is open from 8:30 a.m. until the end of the day's track activity.
Passes paid for by April 29, 2026: may be shipped to a designated address by courier.
Passes paid after April 29, 2026 can be collected at the "Il Borgo Nuovo" Accreditation Center, via Ilaria Alpi, Pianvallico, Scarperia and San Piero.
Children up to 3 years old (born after January 1, 2023) are admitted free of charge. Children under 15 (born after January 1, 2011) are entitled to a reduction of approximately 20% on the price of the ticket ("Junior"), adjusted for the relevant advance booking period.
Dedicated parking passes guaranteed for groups of 3 or more. Individuals or smaller groups are subject to availability.
Prices are per person and include VAT.
Children up to 3 years old (born after January 1, 2023) are allowed free admission.
Children under 15 (born after 1 January 2011) are entitled to a reduction of approximately 20% on the ticket price (“Junior”), adjusted for the relevant advance sale band.
THE ROOFTOP LOUNGE is a common area shared with other guests, and the spaces cannot be cordoned off in any way. Tables reserved for groups or companies will be marked, upon request, with the company name and logo.
In the event of cancellation of the event due to force majeure, tickets will not be refunded. In the event of loss, theft, deterioration, damage, or destruction of tickets, no replacement or reissue will be possible.
